Ramsey & Murray takes proactive, preemptive positions in litigation and is known throughout Texas as a firm that will try cases which do not warrant settlement. The firm is divided into two teams. Each team, which includes lawyers, paralegals and support staff, is accountable for every aspect of the team's cases. The firm makes early evaluations of liability -- or lack thereof -- and then recommends a strategy warranted by the facts and the law. With the client's approval, the firm pursues that strategy with single-minded vigor.

The firm makes a commitment to resolve each lawsuit either through trial or settlement within eighteen months of receiving the investigation file.
